Rising country artist Walker Montgomery is embracing timeless love songs with the release of his latest track, “I Don’t Think I Will,” out now.
Penned by Doug Johnson and produced by Bart Butler, the song reflects the traditional country sound Montgomery grew up loving. “Classic-sounding country love songs are back! ‘I Don’t Think I Will’ has always been one of my favorite songs. Being able to give this song a whole new life and introduce it to a new generation is something I’ve been really looking forward to,” says Montgomery.
Montgomery comes from a deep-rooted country music family, as the son of John Michael Montgomery and nephew of Eddie Montgomery. In 2024, he reached a major career milestone with his debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry. The young singer continues building momentum with his blend of classic country influences and modern appeal. His debut single “Simple Town” has earned more than 7 million Spotify streams, while “She Don’t Know” has surpassed 20 million global streams. Montgomery also found viral success on TikTok with his rendition of “I Love the Way You Love Me,” which has pulled in over 45 million views.
