Trace Adkins is marking 30 years since his recording debut with the first-ever vinyl release of his 1996 album, “Dreamin’ Out Loud.” The anniversary edition will also be issued on CD, giving fans a new physical format for the album that launched Adkins’ long-running country career. The project was produced by Scott Hendricks and originally released through Capitol Records Nashville.

The 10-track “Dreamin’ Out Loud” introduced audiences to several songs that became important early entries in Adkins’ catalog, including “There’s a Girl in Texas,” “Every Light in the House” and “I Left Something Turned On at Home.” The album also produced “(This Ain’t) No Thinkin’ Thing,” which reached No. 1 on the country chart, while “Every Light in the House” became a Top 5 country hit.

Adkins has continued expanding his catalog since “Dreamin’ Out Loud,” recording 14 studio albums and selling millions of records during a career that has included country radio hits as well as acting roles. His 30th anniversary year also includes the release of “American Made,” a new song performed during the “A Capitol Fourth: 250th Weekend Celebration” in Washington.

The vinyl announcement comes during a yearlong celebration of Adkins’ three decades in music. He launched his 30th Anniversary Tour in January, with the U.S. run featuring stops including two performances at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium in May. The tour is scheduled to continue through Sept. 19 in Charles Town, West Virginia.
